党的二十大作出了坚持“科技、人才、创新三个第一”，落实“科教兴国、人才强国、创新驱动发展三大战略”，加快实现高水平科技自立自强的战略部署。习近平总书记近年来多次强调学习弘扬“两弹一星”精神，加强自主创新。党领导的“两弹一星”事业是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要成就。“两弹一星”事业孕育形成的“两弹一星”精神是中国人民在20世纪为中华民族创造的宝贵精神财富。“两弹一星”精神是伟大建党精神在国防科技领域的创造性表达，具有新的时代内涵和意蕴，它集中体现了“两弹一星”研制者们献身国防高科技事业的爱国、求实、奉献、创新、协同和担当精神，蕴含着国家、社会以及个人三个层面的五重价值追求。“两弹一星”精神是广大科技工作者精神境界和价值追求的体现，更是新时代科技事业发展的内生动力和精神支撑。学习弘扬“两弹一星”精神，引领自主创新，勇攀科技高峰，须牢固树立祖国利益高于一切的爱国情怀，永远保持艰苦奋斗的优良传统作风，充分发挥新型举国体制优势，坚持协同攻关的重要法宝。
